Rental Application Process
Each adult who will occupy the property must submit a complete application. Married couples only need to complete one (1) application
1. Complete our Online Rental Application.
For each tenant, we verify the following:
• Credit
• Criminal Background
• Income and Employment
• Rental History
2. Pay an application fee of $50.00 for each adult who will occupy the property; $65.00 for married couples. The application fee may be paid online or by check payable to “Community-Wide Properties.” The application fee is non-refundable. We cannot process your application until we receive the application fee.
3. The rental security deposit is due within 48 hours of application being approved and is generally equal to one month's rent
